Shipping charges

Shipping charges are the standard cost applied for the delivery of the goods. Shipping charges throughout Italy have a cost of 5.00€ on the whole catalogue and for all the payment methods. Shipping charges outside of Italy may vary.

Shipments are made on behalf of the Customer by our contracted Express Courier.

Unless explicitly stated in writing by our Customer Service Department, delivery is to the home floor up to a weight of 25Kg. Delivery does not include the use of special means, such as cranes, forklifts, scaffolding, boats, etc., should they be necessary to bring the unit to street level or home floor.
